Quantum Apprentice Gains Two Qualifications

As part of National Apprenticeship Week, we’ve been talking to all of our apprentices about their experiences.

We were keen to speak with Kelsie Purkins, who started her apprenticeship with Quantum in 2019.

‘I started at Quantum in the Marketing Department carrying out my Level 3 Marketing qualification; following this I decided to do my Level 3 Business admin and move roles into the service department becoming a full-time team member as I enjoyed a customer facing role this position offered. Being an apprentice helped me to develop my knowledge whilst getting hands on experience. I now have two great qualifications to show for my time here’.

Now, after completing her Apprenticeships, Kelsie works full time as a Service Coordinator at Quantum’s Head Office in Prudhoe.  ‘I really like it here, that’s why I decided to stay after my apprenticeship.  I’d recommend an apprenticeship to anyone.’
