How does it work?
Step 1
During normal office hours (Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 17:00, Friday 08:00 to 16:00 except public holidays or other days when the Quantum office is closed) please telephone our Customer Support Centre on 0330 9000 247. The Service Co-ordinators will direct your call.
Step 2
Outside normal office hours, at weekends and public holidays the Quantum ‘On Call’ engineer can be contacted by calling 0330 9000 247 please give the following information:
- Your Company Name
- Your Name
- Your telephone number for our engineer to call
- The system type for which support is required
The duty engineer will be contacted and in turn call you back.
Step 3
The correct course of action will then be decided between the on call engineer and the client
